  I went to Care First for a drug screen for employment in January of 2006. The drug screen was supposed to be billed to my employer. Well, it wasn't for whatever reason, and I wasn't informed of it until October of 2006. That was the first contact I had with them telling me the debt was in my name. I worked with them for a week, and I was told it was taken care of. I didn't get any phone calls or letters or anything until today 08-27-07, when they called me again and told me that the debt was still there, in my name, and that it had been sent to collections. They didn't tell me it was being sent to collections, and I never even received a bill for anything. I would NEVER go back there again. Plus, the lady that called me had a snotty attitude. WORST PLACE EVER!!! AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!!! Also, never work for Banyan Realty, they refused the debt, and that's how the whole thing started, but I spoke with them, and they were just waiting on the bill. So it's not their fault really.
