  Dcfs is the perfect example of below average people hanging around college just long enough to get a degree. Most of us know that obtaining a degree is about 80% just being there, just look at what it takes to get a law degree, not a lot of intelligence needed, just some cash and your presence. I have dealt with dcfs for four years now and have ran across caseworkers that even with their social degrees, should be confined to a more fitting job where they can use their talents more effectively like Hardee's or McDonald's. Don't get me wrong DCFS is a needed department, they just need to screen applicants. Common sense is a very important attribute, it comes from picking applicants from the top of the barrel instead of settling for what's on the bottom
