  I've visited a few times, but always get turned off. They don't fix the animals or provide shots like most shelters. They do give you a coupon for a health checkup, rabies shot, and health checkup at specific places. They make you sign badly worded "contracts", and making you promise to do things, including get them fixed. To me, doesn't seem very professional, and the time and money just isn't worth it.
