I recognize this location is new...but still. It took way too long to get my beverages. All three of them were made incorrectly. While waiting for my drinks, the partner at the register insisted to an elderly couple that decaf frappucinos weren't an option. When I took an empty half and half carafe to the counter, everyone ignored me until I literally had to laugh at how they all intentionally didn't look at me. The barista then proceeded to put fresh cream into the dirty, warm carafe and handed it back to me. Oy. This location needs a lot of training to get it running smoothly.

I was questioning whether I wanted to continue to spend $$ at Starbucks after the arrest of the two men in Philadelphia. However, I watched their CEO make an apology which seemed humble and sincere. He addressed the situation quickly, clearly stating that it was completely unacceptable and did not reflect their company values. I believe him. Other corporations could learn from his example!
