  I recently had some frames that I bought at this store break. A side piece broke. My husband super-glued it till I could get to the store.
  
  When I went to the store I was told the glasses were still under warranty. They ordered new frames of the same kind and color but in a couple of days called and said they couldn't get the same frame. I went back to find new frames, no cost to me. I couldn't find any that would fit the lenses so they said they would check their other stores. A day later I got another call. No luck at other stores either so they told me to come choose new frames they would make new glasses, still no cost to me.
  
  On the third trip to the store I suggested they simply change out the side pieces since I really liked my frames and this would let me keep them. The Tech did just that and put on new nose pieces. I came home with the frames I love. The color of the new side pieces are so close to the original that no one will ever notice they've been changed. And the best part is it didn't cost me a dime.
  
  The people at this store worked really hard to make sure I had what I wanted and needed. I would recommend the store to anyone. There is one caution. Apparently the man who makes glasses is not there everyday so you can't get your glasses immediately everyday of the week. I would suggest calling for an appointment.
